Our Psychotherapy Practice
Our experience enables us to offer effective individualized psychotherapy on an outpatient basis in a setting that you feel comfortable in. We offer a client-centered and cognitive behavioral approach. We treat a number of mental health areas and provide a neutral ground of meeting you where you are at in a non-judgmental and positive environment for individuals, adolescents, and families.

Our focus is to help individuals and families process their feelings, gain further insight, reach their goals, identify their options, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Anxiety, fear, flashbacks and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and process your feelings to heal and move forward.

Children can benefit from learning emotional regulation or verbalizing and identifying their feelings. Therapy sessions are held with families or children and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen the relationships with family and friends.
