
Brooke earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Cameron University in Lawton/Fort Sill, Oklahoma, with a minor in Sociology. She has a Master of Arts with an emphasis in Community Counseling from Lakeland College, Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She has had significant experience with domestic violence/abuse/trauma, healthy relationships, codependency, adult children of alcoholics, empowering women/teens/college students, and with children/youth/adults struggling with their mood regulation.
Her approach to therapy is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered theories. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, supported, and to make progress on your treatment goals you have identified respectfully and ethically.
