Brooke earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Cameron University in Lawton/Fort Sill, Oklahoma with a minor in Sociology. She has a Master of Arts with a emphasis in Community Counseling from Lakeland College, Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She has had significant experience with domestic violence/abuse/trauma, healthy relationships, empowering women/teens/college students, and with children struggling with their mood regulation.
Her approach to therapy is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Centered theories. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable and to make progress on your treatment goals you have Identified in a respectful and ethical manner.
